All orders are shipped out from Sherwood Park, AB and we are able to ship orders all throughout Canada and the United States.
You will receive an order confirmation email after checking out and from there your order will be processed in 1-3 business days (Statutory Holidays do not count as a business day). Please check your junk box in the event you cannot locate this email.
Whether you select pick up, delivery, shipping (standard or express) you must allow time for us to process your order!
If you need your order sooner (i.e. 24 hours or less or on weekends) and would like your order processed ASAP, please add the *Rush My Order* product to your cart so we can accommodate your request! Otherwise, we pack orders in the order they were received in our queue.
We are pleased to offer free shipping on qualifying orders within Canada (Before applicable taxes and after discounts have been applied.) We use our standard 3-9 day shipping if you qualify and select free shipping.

Orders will be shipped Monday to Friday via Canada Post (or Purolator). Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are based on your location. A tracking number will be provided to you as well.
Shipping times will be displayed at checkout. You may choose between Expedited Shipping and XPressPost, if you do not qualify for free shipping.
No matter which type of shipping you select, you still must allow time for order processing!
For international orders there may be additional taxes + duties to be paid upon receipt of package, please note these are the responsibility of the buyer.
In the event the wrong address is entered at checkout and we are not notified by the customer before we ship out, the customer is responsible for any fees associated with getting the package to the correct address. Please review your order confirmation email to ensure all of the information is correct and reach out ASAP with any corrections. Fees may include a new shipping label to get your package to you once you advise us of the correct address as well as return postage charged by Canada Post to Luxe Mere Boutique when they return your package to sender due to the error.
Free Local Pick Up:
Pick up orders will follow the 1-3 business days for order processing as well. Once your order is ready to be picked up, you will be contacted with further pick up instructions.
Local delivery option will appear at checkout if your address falls within the 20 km delivery radius
Local deliveries will occur weekly on Thursdays, orders must be received prior to 9 am MST on Thursday to be included for delivery otherwise it will be delivered the following week - the occasional Saturday may be accommodated please contact us if you would like to request a Saturday delivery prior to purchasing
Please provide any special requests for delivery at check out if you would like your package left somewhere specific (such as entry codes for apartments) otherwise packages will be left on the front porch
You will received confirmation via email once your package has been delivered. Luxe Mère is not responsible for lost/stolen packages once they have been delivered.
Discount Codes & Sales:
Price adjustments will not be offered. If you forget to use a code during checkout, unfortunately you will have to use it on a future order. Please review your order carefully before checking out.
We do not offer price adjustments if you made a purchase prior to us having a sale. We suggest signing up for our newsletter or to follow along on social media to know about sales ahead of time! Sometimes sales are spur of the moment too.
Only one code per order allowed.
You may not use a discount code on pre-order items.
If you choose to allow your gift card to be used by someone else, we require you to notify us of this and provide your written consent via email.
Return & Exchange Policy
You don't love your order? We can help!
We offer store credit for merchandise that is returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with the tags securely attached within 14 days. Merchandise cannot be returned with any odours present, such as smoke or perfume.
Any items found in our clearance section are considered final sale.
Please get in touch with us at email@example.com if you wish to request a return. We ask that you do not return merchandise without any prior communication.
If you initially picked up your order, you may return to the same address.
If your order was delivered, please see our contact page for our address and return to us there.
If your order was initially shipped to you, please mail back to the same address on the shipping label. The customer is responsible for return shipping and it will not be included in the store credit returned to you, nor will the original shipping cost. Although you may of qualified for free shipping at the time of your order, you are still responsible to cover shipping back to us for any returns.
Our 14 day policy applies here as well. You must ship out within the 14 day period. This period begins the day your tracking number indicates your order was delivered to you.
Store credit will be issued via e-gift card to the email address on file for the amount paid less shipping costs within 24 hours of receiving your return. You can use your e-gift card on multiple orders, we do not require you to use it up in one transaction. The e-gift card will not have an expiry date.
If you choose to drop off your return, please note that we require time to look over your return to ensure it's in proper condition. We ask that you drop off and wait for further communication from us. Once you receive your credit, you can order again with us right away or keep your credit for another time as it does not expire! We will not be doing immediate exchanges for other items right at that very time of drop off! We thank you for your understanding!
In the unusual event you receive a defective item, please email us immediately and we will have the situation taken care of by means of providing you with the same item in proper condition. In the event we are out of stock, you may select something else of similar value.
Items that are FINAL SALE:
Merchandise found in any of our sale/clearance sections
Regular priced merchandise purchased with a 30% or greater discount code
An exception will be made if the sale merchandise is received defective or damaged. In this event, you will receive store credit.
We recommend using a reputable shipping carrier that will provide you with a tracking number if you wish to return merchandise to us. Luxe Mere Boutique is not responsible for lost/undelivered packages.
Although you may receive free shipping on your initial order, if you choose to return merchandise and order different merchandise with your e-gift card, the customer is then responsible for shipping. Free shipping over $75 is a one time offer.
Store Credit may take 1-3 business days to be processed.
You will be notified via email when your return is processed for credit with further instructions.
If your return/exchange is rejected you will be notified via email.
At Luxe Mere Boutique, we provide you with many different fashion brands and options, therefore we cannot provide you with a generic size chart that is applicable for all brands.
On every product page, the very last photo is a size chart for your reference. We also describe each product to indicate if it fits true to size or slightly oversized and provide recommendations on if you should size down, up, or stay with your usual size. How to Measure:
Bust: For the most accurate results, we recommend measuring your bust while wearing an unpadded bra. Using a soft tape measure, measure around the fullest part of your bust.
Waist: Using a soft tape measure, measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist (typically near your belly button.)
Hips: Using a soft tape measure, measure around the fullest part of your hips. If you are currently pregnant, measure underneath your baby bump.
Inseam: Using a soft tape measure, measure from the inside thigh point to the bottom hemline. We recommend using a garment you already own in which you are comfortable with the inseam and laying flat on the ground to measure. From there you can compare with our inseam measurements listed on applicable product pages.
