We understand shopping online, especially for maternity clothing can be challenging which is why we offer easy returns so you can shop worry free. Please read below for full details on how our return process works to ensure you are eligible.
All returns are processed as store credit only - this credit never expires!
You have 14 days from the day you pick up your item or from the day your item was delivered if you are having it shipped
Any items you are wanting to return must be in new condition with all tags on or we cannot accept your return (please see below which items are final sale- these will not be accepted as returns)
If you meet this criteria and want to proceed with a return please reach out to us first at email@example.com with your order number, item(s) you are returning and method you are returning (drop off/shipping)
Local Pick Up: You may return to the same address you picked up from. No appointment necessary, drop off when it is best for you.
Delivery: If your order was initially delivered, you may return to us for no fee (same as local pick up) or we can pick up for a $7 fee that will not be reimbursed.
Shipping: Ship back to the same address that is on the shipping label. We will reimburse your entire shipping fee on returns by adding the return shipping amount to the store credit returned to you. Original shipping amounts will not be included in the refund.
In the unusual event you receive a defective item, please email us immediately and we will have the situation taken care of by means of providing you with the same item in proper condition. In the event we are out of stock, you may select something else of similar value. Any shipping costs involved to get you a new item will be covered by Luxe Mère Boutique.

We recommend using a reputable shipping carrier that will provide you with a tracking number if you wish to return merchandise to us. Luxe Mere Boutique is not responsible for lost/undelivered packages.
Although you may receive free shipping on your initial order, if you choose to return merchandise and order different merchandise with your e-gift card, the customer is then responsible for shipping if you do not meet the free shipping minimum order.
Store Credit may take 1-3 business days to be processed.
You will be notified via email when your return is processed for credit with further instructions.
If your return/exchange is rejected you will be notified via email.
At Luxe Mere Boutique, we provide you with many different fashion brands and options, therefore we cannot provide you with a generic size chart that is applicable for all brands.
On every product page, the very last photo is a size chart for your reference. We also describe each product to indicate if it fits true to size or slightly oversized and provide recommendations on if you should size down, up, or stay with your usual size. How to Measure:
Bust: For the most accurate results, we recommend measuring your bust while wearing an unpadded bra. Using a soft tape measure, measure around the fullest part of your bust.
Waist: Using a soft tape measure, measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist (typically near your belly button.)
Hips: Using a soft tape measure, measure around the fullest part of your hips. If you are currently pregnant, measure underneath your baby bump.
Inseam: Using a soft tape measure, measure from the inside thigh point to the bottom hemline. We recommend using a garment you already own in which you are comfortable with the inseam and laying flat on the ground to measure. From there you can compare with our inseam measurements listed on applicable product pages.

You may try on pieces listed on our website in the comfort of your own home. If the pieces don't work out for you, we will return to your original method of payment. Please note, if you pay with a gift card, a refund will be returned to the gift card to use at a later time. You may keep the pieces for a maximum of 48 hours. Continue reading for more details:
We ask that you be available to pick up your order or home/available for delivery of your order in the days that follow your purchase (ideally 1-2 days afterwards). If you will be away on vacation as an example, please do not place your try on order until you are home and available.
Browse our website and find which pieces you are interested in trying on. You can identify which sizes are still in stock on each product page.
You can select to pick up your items for no cost (see our contact page for the address), or have them delivered for $7 if you reside within our delivery radius (during checkout when you enter your address if the delivery option appears, you are within the radius and if it doesn't appear you unfortunately are not within our radius). Please note if you choose the delivery option, you will not be reimbursed the $7 should you return the clothing to us, as it is still our time to deliver to you.
Pick up and potential returns are contactless. We have a wooden pick up box available and your order will be inside. Should you return any items, you will return to the same wooden box.
Add to cart and complete your order. In the "order note" section, add a quick note that it is a try on order.
You will be contacted when your order is ready for pick up or when we will be delivering to you, depending on the option you selected. If you need your order to be rushed (pick up in less than 24 hours after placing your order), you must add "rush my order" to your cart for a $5 fee. This fee again will not be reimbursed should you return the clothing to us as it is still our time to rush your order. Otherwise, your order will be prepared in 24-48 hours.
Once you receive the clothing you will then try on in the comfort of your own home and decide if you would like to keep! If you love the clothing, we ask that you let us know you are keeping and from there, everything is complete and no further steps to take ♡︎ If you need a different size or the clothing doesn't work out for you, then you must return to us within 48 hours and let us know you are returning. If you want to exchange for a different size, let us know and we can arrange that for you. You will return to the same address you picked up from, or we can pick up from you for an additional $7 fee that will not be reimbursed. You do not need to schedule a time to bring back any items, there is a pick up / drop off box available any time.
If you choose to not keep the clothing, once we have the clothing back and have reviewed it to ensure it is returned in original condition with tags attached, your money will be returned to the original method of payment.
You may not try on intimate items as a part of our try on policy due to hygienic concerns.
Disclaimer: Unfortunately, if you return the clothing to us and it is not in the *same* condition you received it in, whether the pieces fit or not, we will not refund you. We ask that you please treat our clothing with respect and return them in a re-sellable condition for someone else to purchase!
