DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE FRONT I CAN VISIT?

No, at this time we are online only! We are a home based boutique located in the Summerwood Community within Sherwood Park, Alberta. Please keep on reading for try on options! 

DO YOU OFFER A LOYALTY PROGRAM?

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I AM LOOKING FOR SOMETHING SPECIFIC, BUT CANNOT FIND IT ON YOUR WEBSITE?

You may email us at hello@luxemereboutique.ca - We are always open to suggestions and we will determine if what you are hoping to see, is attainable on our end! We will try our very best! 

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?

We understand that brands fit differently across the board. We try our very best to provide you with the most accurate information as online shopping can be tricky. Learn more about our sizing here

WHAT IF I SEE SOMETHING I LIKE, BUT YOU ARE SOLD OUT OF MY SIZE?

Please click "request restock" on the right side of your screen on the specific product page. You will be asked to enter your email and you will be notified if that particular piece is restocked. We do not re-stock everything you see on our website, so there are no guarantees. It depends on the demand for each particular item. We apologize for not having your size!

DO YOU OFFER TRY ONS PRIOR TO PURCHASING?

WHY DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRY ONS?

The only cost you would be charged and not reimbursed for is delivery. $7 to be delivered initially and an additional $7 if you'd like us to pick up any pieces you don't wish to keep. It is still our time and effort of bringing the pieces to you, we hope you can understand! 

Keep in mind, there is a free pick up & drop off option! We ask that you schedule a pick up time with us, so we ensure it is ready for you. As for dropping off, you do not need to schedule a time. We have a wooden pick up & drop off box available for you.

We ask that you pay for all pieces up front because we have to know that they will be returned to us! We also have to know they will be returned in the same re-sellable condition! 

Return to us in re-sellable condition? You'll be reimbursed to your original method of payment, no questions asked! 

WHAT IF I TRY ON AND DON'T LOVE WHAT I SELECTED?

All of the information is provided in the above link, but you are not obligated to keep anything. If you don't love it, return it for your money back! 

HOW CAN I SEE YOUR PRODUCTS IN PERSON PRIOR TO PURCHASING, IF I DON'T CARE FOR YOUR TRY ON POLICY?

We will be at an outdoor market from July to September in Sherwood Park, Alberta, which is hosted by Niche Beauty Canada and Tag Developments. The address is 220 Lakeland Drive and the market is always 4-8pm. We do not have the space to bring all of our merchandise, please reach out to us if you would like to see something specific!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY IF I AM NOT ELIGIBLE (DUE TO MY LOCATION) FOR A TRY ON?

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Our processing time is 1-3 business days. If you need to obtain your order sooner (within 24 hours or on the weekend), please add *Rush My Order* to your cart and we can make that happen for you! Otherwise orders are processed within the order they were received in our queue. 

On the checkout screen, the estimated amount of days the package will take to get to you is listed whether you qualify for free shipping, or select from Expedited & XPressPost, please choose accordingly. From there, once the package is with Canada Post or Purolator, it is best you use your tracking number to find the estimated delivery date. 

WHAT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We offer shipping (free over $75 before applicable taxes and discounts) or Expedited & XPressPost if you do not qualify for free shipping, free local pick up and $7 delivery if you reside within a 20km radius from our location. 

WHY IS THE DELIVERY OPTION NOT SHOWING UP FOR ME?

If the delivery option is not showing up, it means you reside outside of our 20km radius we have set. You can reach out to us at hello@luxemereboutique in this event and we can let you know if we can accommodate your request. 

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER IF I SELECT SHIPPING?

Yes, absolutely!

WHY DID MY DISCOUNT CODE NOT WORK?

For our "FIRSTLUXE" code, please keep in mind this is for first time customers only. Shopify recognizes your email if you try to use a second time and will not allow the code to be used. 

We do not allow any codes to be used on clearance items. These items have already been significantly discounted. 

We only allow one code per order!

In any other event where the above is not applicable, please contact us! 

CAN YOU AMEND MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE CHECKED OUT?

Unfortunately, no we cannot offer this. We strive to have our orders out promptly, so being contacted after the fact isn't recommended. 

We also do not offer price adjustments after the fact, if you've forgotten to use a discount code, it will have to be used on a future order! Please carefully review the check out screen!

Once an order has been placed it may not be cancelled.  

IF I AM RETURNING AN ITEM & DROPPING OFF, CAN YOU GIVE ME MY NEW ITEM RIGHT AWAY?

No. We require you to drop off in our wooden box and we will review it as soon as we are able. We do not require you to schedule a drop off time, therefore we cannot guarantee we will be available at that time.

We also need time to review the pieces to ensure you've returned in re-sellable condition as well as we'd like all returns and exchanges to be documented through our website for our own inventory purposes. It becomes too difficult when returns are not tracked as mentioned. We thank you for understanding!

If this truly will not work for you, please reach out to us and we will see how we can best accommodate you. 

WHAT ARE THE WASHING AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR A GARMENT I HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED?

We would ask that you please check the tag on the inside of the specific garment for all washing and care instructions. As each piece is unique, we cannot provide a generic answer that would be suitable for all garments.
